The goal was to create a non-objective abstract collage with interesting figure-ground relationships utilizing simple shapes.

Colored Pencil Studies
On Strathmore Bristol (11 x 14) with Prismacolor pencils
Goal was to explore color mixing with colored pencils, mixing pigments using a limited palette of colored pencils and applying warm and cool renditions of color to a drawing of a small object.
Warm & cool renditions of hue (bottom rectangles):
RED: add violet to cool; add orange to warm.
BLUE: add green to cool; add violet (or red) to warm.
YELLOW: add green to cool; add orange to warm.
GREEN: add blue to cool; add yellow to warm.
VIOLET: add blue to cool; add red to warm.

Goal was to create a successful color composition based on a musical composition of the expression of the music through color, shape, pattern and visual rhythm.

3D Application of Color in a Public Art Proposal
Goal was to create visual proposed installation of a Public Art Proposal in which color is the major concept. I researched and explored various color phenomena's for the proposal and developed a physical , with a verbal presentation considering practical issues such as safety  costs, durability in weather for the Public Art Proposal.
